We most strongly recommend new ventures should request a one off Trade Mark Search.

Once you have done a Trade Mark search you can be sure that you will not be copying someone else's brand. You can then even go ahead and register the Mark throughout the UK and Europe so that it becomes your sole property and cannot be copied by anyone.

Registration of Marks is the ultimate protection and identity. Not doing a Trade Mark Search can prove very costly and could destroy your business.
